This policy explains how Cloud Sales & Lettings uses cookies and similar technologies on our website.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s “local storage”, work in much the same way. We call them all “cookies” here.
The cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These are needed for the website to work and to keep it secure: for example, to stop spam on our forms, balance traffic, and let our staff log in. They can’t be switched off.
Campaign and statistics
When you arrive from one of our leaflets, adverts or emails, we store a small note in your browser for up to 30 days recording which campaign brought you (for example, “leaflet”). If you then send an enquiry, this is attached to it so we can see which marketing works. It contains no personal details, and we don’t use it to follow you on other websites. You can turn it off at any time: clear your browser’s site data for our website, or contact us.
Third-party content
Some pages show content from other companies, which may set their own cookies:
- Google Maps: maps on our contact and property pages.
- Google reviews widget (Trustindex): shows our Google reviews.
- YouTube: property video tours.
These companies control their own cookies. Please see their privacy policies for details.
